How do you install a telecom tower in the mud?

If you want it bad enough, you can install a telecom tower even in mud. I'm not kidding.
Take alook at these guys preparing the infrastructure for a telecommunications tower in a big hole they dug in the mud.

So what do you do, basically?

1. Dig a very big hole.
2. Suck out all the watery mud.
3. Fill it up with a cement basis.
4. Have fun!

Well, I guess it's a wee bit more complicated than that... but this is probably the jist of it :)
